There is no reason for us to list what others can or can not do. However, as for us, our years of experience, focused only on window cleaning and pressure washing, means we can provide amazing results, in a very quick time frame. This is what we do and all that we do. When you inspect your job, when we’re done, you find it far better than “generally clean!”

We don’t have pricing formulas to give you instant quotes. Yet the new trend is to offer instant quotes based off the information that you input. Best case scenario, you end up with a bid that is estimated at or listed as “Prices Starting At….” Once the company shows up, the price almost always includes incidentals, or something else that changes the price. So why not just get an actual price to start with. We will provide actual cost quotes within hours or 2 days on most jobs once you contact us. Why is this better? The reason, every job is different., there are just to many variables. Instant quotes means someone, and probably you, will have to pay extra to cover the loss on a different job. Plus those software programs add additional monthly overhead that those companies will then just charge to you. In most case our bids our provided in person, this allows us to meet you and examine every detail of the job. But we also may use information gathered from you o other sources like Google Earth. Does that mean our prices will outrageous? Not at all, if so, we wouldn’t be able to survive as a small company. We believe in using technology to it best ability, but somethings just need to be done in person to be accurate.

Just contact us, we generally will respond within two hours,  if we are immediately unavailable. But if it is immediate service you need, please be sure to reach us by phone.

As often as needed, but not more. For restaurants, where cleanliness is essential, weekly to monthly. For other retail stores, every 2 to 4 weeks is usually a good balance. Office buildings can vary from 1 to 6 months, and for your home every 3 to 12 month. It depends on your location and personal preference. But please, for the very basics in  maintenance, have your windows cleaned at least once per year to prevent damage. We clean windows year round, so whether it is the middle of summer or of winter, we can clean your windows. Pressure washing does have more limitations; for safety reasons, both the air and ground temperatures need be above freezing, but it too should be done monthly to annually depending on location and structure type. Gutters need to cleaned too. Once or twice a year depending on your building type and location. Otherwise real damage can occur from slow or clogged gutters and drains. It’s proven that good maintenance schedules lead to lower overall life-time cost of buildings, along with improving overall appearance throughout it lifetime. Don’t neglect you major investment in your home or office.

Yes estimates are free. Occasionally, estimates can be provided over the phone and sometimes verifying details using Google earth. However, generally we prefer to look at the job in person. This allows us an opportunity to introduce ourselves and make sure that there are no unexpected job costs or details unnoticed by a phone call. There is of course no charge for this, and if you’re busy or gone, we’ll just quickly check the job and reply to you by phone or email.

You pay for services upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, credit cards and also PayPal. Additional options exist for commercial and retail accounts.

There exists no such thing as a “license to clean windows” not in the same way as hiring a licensed electrian, however, we are a registered business in every state that we work in. Insurance certificates are available upon request. Although we have never had a problem or claim since we started in 1996, we carry ample coverage, multimillion, to make sure your property is well protected. We are also members of the leading trade organizations, such as IWCA  & MWCoA. (International Window Cleaners Association & Master Window Cleaners of America.) In addition, we have are members Peters Township Chamber of Commerce, along with highly rated and awarded members of many other sites such as Home Advisor, Thumbtack, Angie’s List, Porch.com, Pro.com, This Old House, Yelp, and many others.

You do not have to worry about ruining your windows due to rain showers moving through your area. Rain will NOT spot a clean window. That is why many of these newer sites/companies are offering these rain promises. But regardless of weather, if you encounter a problem, let us know and we will fix it. If it does start to rain, we keep working through light showers as long the job site continues to be safe. But you are free to request us to reschedule if you would feel better. Regarding pressure washing, moderate rain is actually helpful. But gutter cleaning can be a different situation. Rain often times leads to dangerous situations for gutter cleaning. Therefore, for our safety, and yours, we may need to alter plans around the weather.

No. We know what needs to be moved and what we can safely work around. Oftentimes we’ve had helpful individuals move things for our convenience, which is appreciated, but frequently they have done more than was needed. In case of doubt, just ask, or if we notice something special we will let you know. Regardless, all your items will be safe no matter what it is, or where it is located. Any large obstruction that may cause a problem, we will discuss prior to the start of the job.

Oh no, we certainly do NOT scrape every window! We do use scrapers, a well established tool in the window cleaning profession, when paint and certain other debris is on the glass. However, many glass manufacturers produce lower quality glass that contains what is known in the industry as “fabricating debris”.  This microscopic debris can be “scraped” loose from the glass and pushed across the surface of the glass, leaving unsightly scratches. For this reason we only use a scraper when necessary, after using other alternative safer methods of debris removal.

No! Although we do use a commercial grade machine for pressure washing, the term “pressure washing” or “power washing” is somewhat misleading. Although the equipment is capable of high pressures, the skill is to understand what sort of pressure, or lack of, is needed to to remove dirt and debris. The key to great pressure washing results is not actually using high “pressure,”  instead, the focus is using high volumes of water. Water is a natural cleaner. As needed, well trusted safe cleaners will be used as well to help with each specific problem. What is more, we clean with hot water! Check here to see why this is better. It is always impressive what plain hot water can do all by itself.
