Choosing the right company? h2oTEKS – Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning

Some small companies, post blog photos of all the types of windows they’ve cleaned. They do this to show their “abilities” and that they’re willing to take anything on. But how do you know if with them, you would be choosing the right company? Before dealing with these individuals, BEWARE! Those “abilities” often times are stupid and dangerous, creating liabilities for them and YOU!

Stay with me for a brief story, we had one customer that requested an un-usually high amount of paperwork and insurance certificates before we started on their large home. (I mean more paperwork than most commercial companies even ask for) As it turns out he had a gutter cleaner, who was insured, fall from his roof, with injuries which required life-flight being called. The result, his minimal insurance coverage, was backed by a smart company who ended up suing and wining against the home-owners policy for 100’s of thousands of dollars in medical expenses. That drastically affected the home-owners policy and coverage rate.

Don’t let these companies put you at risk like this. Not only should you expect quality, but a lack of safety will cost you more than you could ever save by hiring the cheap (“wrong”) company.

Don’t let these hot shots, put you at danger, by showing off their “abilities.”
